Rapid Real Estate Rebound in Oakland County Michigan

Rapid Real Estate Rebound in Oakland County Michigan

The market has not stopped since agents were allowed to go back to work on May 09, 2020. 706 Contracts were ratified the week of June 07, 2020. That is up 110 from same week last year. Even through the state imposed shut down, lower end homes continued to sell "sight unseen". Since the opening average price has been increasing hitting $352,000 last week. After seeing anemic sales over $1m in May the weekly totals more than doubled to 13 the first two weeks of June, with and average price just shy of $1.7m last week. Lake front, pool and walkable properties dominate the high end contracts. Oakland County is very interesting. The home styles, marketing styles and products are all over the place. The nuances in the market are a big factor in seller success, even in today's go-go market we are seeing large and costly variances in agent performance. #oaklandcountyhomes #oaklandcountyrealestate #detroitrealestate#bestway2sell #ibuyers #realestate
