Homes listed last week: 524 Last week Wake County placed a net negative 57 homes on the market. 545 more homes went under contract than hit the market in the last seven weeks. 33 existing and new construction sales over $750,000.00 last week. 13 $1m plus sales, again most high end sales are in brand name developments. Copperleaf, Birklands, MacGregor, Preston in Cary and anything Inside The Beltline (ITB).
This week’s observation: Three of the areas greatest homes went under contract last week. Including the iconic 811 Bryan St. A lot of very old inventory is selling, a lot that need a serious design update.
