Raleigh Market Continues to Crush Expectations

June 20, 2020

Contracts ratified last week: 589. Same Week Last Year: 475 (Wake county)
Showings last week: 2661 (Raleigh, < $2m, Detached) Same week 2019: 2156
Homes listed last week: 484

Last week Wake County placed a net negative 105 homes on the market. 348 more homes went under contract than hit the market in the last four weeks.

There were 28 existing and new construction sales over $750,000.00 last week. Nine $1m plus sales in North Raleigh or ITB and one each in Preston and MacGregor in Cary for a total of 11. Outdoor spaces, pools and g #raleighrealestate olf continue to perform very strong, aligning the Raleigh market with national trends of “recreation” at or near home.

This weeks creative solutions: Taking two high end buyers down the price range viewing remodel to suit homes. A tougher process with a lot of moving parts, see how it goes.

I have worked with institutional sellers to efficiently and profitably move thousands of listings faster and more profitably. If you are a builder, iBuyer or seller I will maximize the value of your assets.
